Would you be able to propose this to the powers that be as a community created game mode (like Ghost Experience)?

All of the changes are back end and don't differentiate between pc or console so essentially all that needs to be done is a bit of liaison work with these creators, then run it through the dev's to implement it as a gameplay mode, give it some QA and you've got yourselves a community sourced update.

If the company wants to lead the market in something, this type of community driven development could be the golden goose corporate is looking for.
