

Same. I didn't claim my Amazon Prime loot yet but I did visit the Ubisoft Connect to claim the community award, hit "Continue" and loaded the game fine, made my way to Reda and noticed nothing in his store, my Opals are now "0" and he has no missions available.
I tried logging in and out, disconnecting my VPN, logging on Ubisoft via the web browser and changing my password, restarting my computer and verifying my game files.
At this point, this has to be an Ubisoft server side issue.
I hope an admin drops in to clarify what is going on for the red-headed step-children of PC players. They love their console players.

@bielik01 Thank you. I tried traveling to Norway and back to England but still no Twilight Pack for me. I am not sure what else I may need to do.
@luvenhagen I hope your issue gets resolved soon. I know how it feels to spend money and not receive what you paid for :(.

@orldan I noticed this, as well. I hope we are not punished seeking a small discount with third party retailers and receive the Twilight Pack shortly. I am basically playing with a base-set and this would have been fun to play with, as I start the Irish/French DLC shortly.
@bielik01 Thank you for this video. I just checked but there is no Twilight Pack or Dawn of Ragnorak available in my "Add-Ons" tab from my store.
@bielik01 I checked the Owned tab in the store to make sure there was a download element but it's not available.

I have already verified my files twice but the Twilight Pack does not appear.
I waited for the update today and checked in-game but no Twilight Pack.
I also purchased from GreenManGaming (GMG) and redeemed through their website that connected to UPlay and the GMG Purchase tab clearly states that it was redeemed.

I have yet to complete the Single Player campaign. I think I am really close but I went ahead and purchased the new Dawn of Ragnorak DLC but the Twilight Pack is not appearing in my inventory. On the PC "Owned DLC" subscreen it shows that I purchased the Twilight Pack but it doesn't show I purchased Dawn of Ragnorak.
First, do I need to progress to a certain point to get the Twilight Pack?
Second, is it bugged that I own the Twilight Pack and not the DLC?

It seems to be resolved on my end. Just logged in and everything is back to normal except the Festival seems to be over early.
