

Same here, checked the body on the throne, the tracks by the entrance, the barber tool in the corner, got dialogue for all three, then went up to the guy hanging from the ceiling - no interaction, went to the temple, could see all the clues lying around there, but cannot interact with those as well. What's going on? Already 10 day passed with no fix, no nothing for a major bug! Why are you guys releasing half-baked products?
@support: And btw, please stop asking your users for more details about the problem, you've already got more than enough information for this bug that appears on multiple platforms. Looks like something major is wrong here and you should be able to repat it on your side and solve it, maybe try a little harder
Hello support team, is anybody at home? Still no fix for the Walls and Shadows bug on the horizon, eh? Do we have to wait until next year or what? Boy, AC Valhalla is such a massive letdown with it's sheer number of game breaking glitches. Crashes, graphic bugs and the like aside, but the story should at least be playable and not just stop midway and leave us all hanging in there, right? I would like to get my money back ASAP!
Alright, installed the latest Update 1.1.1 today and lo and behold...absolutely nothing has changed, zilch, nada, still bugged, still 100% stuck and cannot do anything with the clues...I'm out of patience, out of clues and out of polite conversation. This is beyond ridiculous, so I just contacted support (ha,ha, I know), uploaded my save file, talked to an agent (bot?) and kindly asked to get a refund for a defective product that doesn't seem to get fixed in the foreseable future. You know, just like when you buy a toaster and one month later that wretched thing explodes in your face, so you take it to the store and either get a new one that will hopefully only burn slices of bread and not singe your eyebrows into oblivion, or if all their toasters are lethal, you get your money back, right? Kinda naive, sure, but let's see, maybe if I just keep on pestering them, they will finally cave in so I can take my cash and do something fun with it like throwing it into the sea and watch it sink to the bottom, yay!
Hey support, we are aware that you are not in a position to compensate users directly for a defective product you are evidently not able to fix either since the release in November 2020(!!!) but that's beside the point and you bloody well know that. Your job is to escalate all these cases to the team which actually can reimburse the affected users. I have already been in contact with support, uploaded my save file and have yet to hear from them which I seriously doubt will ever happen. I'm so friggin disgusted, seeing how the shop works perfectly, selling all kinds of crap to users on top of the price that has already been paid for a game that is just a broken mess. I'm completely stuck within the Walls and Shadows quest since months now, have wasted hours with all suggestions to walk around the problem, but no luck, feeling royally shafted by Ubisoft and it's crap game development.

Oh, let me guess, the development team are still pulling fluff out of their navels whilst investigating the investigation of their own friggin uselessness, right? We'll probably get nuclear fusion sorted before anyone at Ubishyte fixes the broken mess of AC Valhalla. Besides, I would like to know how much longer I need to wait and listen to you, regurgitating the same lame excuses over and over until I meet the criteria for a refund, as I'm stuck since I bought the game in NOVEMBER 2020!!!!!
The Lunden quest ist still bugged, despite having now installed the latest update 1.1.0 on Windows 10 but with no effect at all. I entered the villa, interacted with all clues on ground level, then went up to the ceiling to the hanged man but could not interact with it and therefore cannot progress with the quest. Meanwhile I finished all other quests, hoping that somehow someone would have come up with a fix or walkaround or whatever as the bug is already present for a considerable number of people since the release of AC Valhalla in November. Why Ubisoft is unable or unwilling to solve this even though they have raked in a handsome profit with record sales thanks to the pandemic is beyond me. Can we expect some sort of hotfix before everyone at Ubisoft buggers of for the holidays and calls it a day, or will they just leave us hanging in there until some distant point in the future, probably next year?
@ubi-borealis Still nothing has changed with Update 1.1.0, finished all other areas in the meantime, hoping that the Lunden quest might finally been fixed, but no, now we get Yuletide decorations for the village??? WTH? Fix the game so we can finally progress with the story! You took our money, now it's time to deliver!

You have the audacity to tell me that even though I went through the whole process of uploading my save file, dealing with customer support, yadi-yadi-ya, basically doing your job for you, just to prove that indeed, THE GAME IS STILL BROKEN, you will still not grant me a refund??? Well, how about an UNOFFICIAL support policy that will PAY BACK MY MONEY for selling me a product that can be OFICIALLY declared as fraud for being bugged beyond belief since four months now.
It's not only that AC Valhalla is the worst release in tems of being a bug-ridden clusterf*** by far but what really makes me foam at the mouth is that it is the most profitable as well since the release of the franchise (!!!)
It proves over and over again that the more successful a company becomes, the less they care about the crap they release into the wild as people will buy it anyhow, no matter what. I just hope that once, in the post-lockdown future when we all crawl back into the light of the outside world, people will find something better to do with their precious lifes than messing about with broken-[censored] games like AC Valhalla and whatever may come afterwards.
