Blurry graphics playstation 4 gameplay

Is there a suggestion on how to setup the HDR settings? It seems as though no matter were I am in the game it as though it is foggy. I have a very nice 4k TV. The HDR settings are turn on on the TV and I am using a 4k HDMI cable. All of my other games that are HDR games have very good graphics. undefinedundefinedundefined
