

It feels really bad seeing people got theirs after 4-5 hours and here I am, almost 35 hours later, still not seeing my game on the application.
Good to know it's not something that's only happening to me. My Twitch stuff disappeared randomly today. Hopefully they'll fix this soon.
@darkerikviper If it makes you feel any better, I've been waiting for 35 hours and Ubisoft Support has been ignoring me for two days!

I purchased the Standard Edition of Valhalla yesterday while subscribed to Ubisoft+. I had already preloaded the game and randomly decided I wanted to actually purchase it, and now the Ubisoft Connect interface says I own all the DLC. Which I don't. I was told my standard edition show up as a separate "icon" there, but it hasn't. I can only access the version with all the DLC, and I want to avoid that because I'm worried it could affect my save files after the subscription is over.
I know there's a bit of a delay with purchases currently, but I purchased mine 30+ hours ago and it still hasn't shown up. Since Ubisoft Support refuses to acknowledge this from any other channel right now, I might as well try here.

My game only shows up when I'm online (because of Ubisoft+). It doesn't show up if I'm offline (I bought the Standard Edition). I bought it 30+ hours ago
I have the game in my library, but it's the Ubisoft+ version. Should I get another icon for the Standard Edition I purchased? If so, I've been waiting for more than 24 hours and it hasn't showed up at all.
