I am attempting to complete the mystery titled Path to the Wind-Blue in Grantebridgescire, however I have already gone to the quest location and murdered all of the enemies in Soham Hideout.
Does anyone know if the enemies respawn after some time? I have returned several hours later (3-4 Hrs) and still no enemies.... restarting the game doesn't seem to work either.
So I can either replay the entire game to this point or wait for patch no?
@munkytech I have found a fix for this, I saw it on another post maybe reddit.
If you lay a trap on the guy with the wealth and get another guard (or animal I suppose) to walk over it the body disappears. Then fast travel away and cine back the wealth guy should have respawned.
@datgermans I have overcome this now. After going back to Sohams Hideout I discovered nothing (as per usual)
I thought screw it and fast travelled from soham back to home base, saved the game and went to bed.
Next day I went straight back there (didn't fast travel at all) and started the mystery again and what do I find? A load of enemies to skewer.
I am unsure if a combination of fast travel and no fast travel helped? I had already tried restarting and reloading saves before. Basically my issue is resolved but might be a fluke...

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but it appears that the upgrades to the settlement are not applying properly.
That being said, are the buffs supposed to stack? Is it intended that each upgrade is nothing but a resource sink?
Seems odd to me if it is.
@ubi-woofer Apologies myself for taking so long to respond also.
I can still not create a support ticket, it seems as though only live chat is available to me for whatever reason.
Unless this has been fixed since, I can still send my files over if you create a ticket for me.
Thanks!
@ubikobold
I too am having these issues
What platform are you playing on? - PC
If on PC, are you using a dedicated Sound Card? If so, please provide the name. - No, sound device is connected through USB.
Also if on PC, please create a Support Ticket and attach your DxDiag file. - cannot create a support ticket, only live chat seems to be available to me at this time.
What kind of sound set up do you use? - Sound BlasterX Katana Sound Bar
What monitor or TV are you using? - ACER XB272
Do you notice this outside of cutscenes as well? - Yes anytime an NPC is talking they are super quiet, noticed more during cutscenes, when sailing the boat and during battle. Although the battle stuff might just be drowned out by the sound of skulls being smashed
If you can let me know how to send in my DxDiag and MSINFO files I will gladly do so!

@schmutzlee I too have just encountered this, have you raised a ticket?
@jonofdeath I have just already built the grain farm, and have upgraded it twice, and there is another upgrade to go... The letter in your room says that would be complete no? 2nd and final upgrades?
I only have one more province to raid so I'm hoping there is enough materials to cover, I shall test

I also just encountered this bug, unfortunately I only noticed after trying to buy the third fowl farm upgrade... Wasted resources! Bah
I'm hoping there are enough on the map to still continue once it's fixed... Don't have much hope though
