@lyricalmango I did this after experiencing the bug. It was not related in my experience.

@ubikoality The clarification is correct, thanks!. I have been looking into getting the save files off my PS5, but I haven't made much headway. I assume I would need to load to a removable media and then to my PC.

I’m having this issue too on PS5. I opened a separate thread a few days ago - I must have missed this one or it was just added to the mega thread.

I can try to get a video, not sure if I can get a save file.

Hi and thanks for the reply! I have pledged to Hamtunscire, but I’m not able to progress the story. The alliance map says I’m committed to the region. I noticed the problem when I still had Vinland left to complete, and I was able to commit to that region and finish that arc.

When I save, it’s named “Kingdom’s End” instead of “Exploration” like if I wasn’t in an arc.

I also went to the first objective (town where there were Danes and Saxons just standing around together). It’s like a movie scene that’s ready to begin but the director hasn’t yelled “action” yet, haha!

I do not have the bug where Hytham thinks I have completed the arc - I still have to get the Order Medallion from The Father.

@ubikoality Hi there! I'm having the same issue as the OP. Have you gotten any updates on this? I will try to send a save (it'll be my first time getting that off a console), but was curious if the issue was confirmed and a resolution found(or in development).

Any fix? I'm in the same boat -- have less power, but 140+ hours of time played. I think the newest patch fixed a bug so I can't get Thor's cloak and hammer. I'd be OK if I was just missing the pacification of England, but I would really like to get the legendary weaponry.

Hello! I'm having the same issue only I do not have the bug where the game thinks I've finished getting all Order Medallions. I still only have 14. Were you able to resolve the issue?

I finished Vinland and can no longer commit to any other area — I’m stuck with Hamtunscire now. The saves Faldo not say Exploration”, but I’m still not getting prompts to progress the arc. How will the Northern invaders pacify England now?

I can commit to Hamtunscire, but the quest doesn’t appear in the Quest screen to be tracked even after speaking with the Seer after leaving Randvi’s room.

I have not completed Vinland or Asgard.

I traveled to Wernham and found no resistance- Danes and Saxons just all standing around. I could get the wealth there with no one bothering me. Seems like a scene that hasn’t started yet. I didn’t try to enter combat though.

I loaded a previous save and had the same results. I’ve since committed to and travelled to Vinland. I’m hoping Hamtunscire will Maori correctly once I’ve finished that arc.
