I was stuck on the First Night of Samhain mission in PS4. But after talking with a friend and doing the following I managed to progress, maybe it can help others:

1- Reinstalled the game. (Keeping the save files of course)

2- Restored the ps4 license. (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licences]

3- Rebuilded my PS4's database:
Power off PS4 and do not use rest mode.
Hold the power button down until you hear two quick beeps. This will alert you that you have entered Safe Mode.
Connect your DualShock 4 controller to the USB-A slot in the front of the PS4.
Scroll down in the menu until you reach option 5, Rebuild Database.
Press the X button to start the rebuild.

And voilá, after that I was able to advance. Hope this help others...
