Hi! I've watched the entire Ubisoft Forward livestream in July, but I can't redeem the Moonlight Axe. In the shop it says that it's locked, just like the Bayek outfit that was given for watching the AC:V reveal livestream, but that one still appeared in my game (I've watched the reveal). My friend has both of them in game, even though he didn't watch the entire Forward livestream. I was wondering if anyone else has this issue, as I've seen some people didn't get their ultimate edition rewards, or if Ubi staff has any feedback on this?

@justsource-kun Also i forgot to mention that I did claim the rewards that were given later because of the connectivity issues, and I got Watch Dogs 2 because of that.

Update: It finally appeared in my inventory.

@philyg213 nah I checked, the first time I restarted the game, the outfit was there, but the axe wasn't. Already have 12hours in the game and restarted like 4 times,, still no axe. My friend got both after first relaunch.

@philyg213 I got the Bayek one in my inventory, even though it still says I can't redeem it in the rewards tab.

@pblowes From where you bought it. If you're on PC either Epic Store or Ubisoft Connect (formerly Uplay)

@florians-1712 Also in Romania, had to restart the client though.

@path2004 From what I've read on this thread, I'm pretty sure no one said it will work at 16pm CET, everyone just assumed it would. As for being able to preload right now in Europe, that's not true, as I live in Europe and I can't preload it.
