I figured out the problem/solution. Valka gets stuck until you give her the ingredients for her potions in the Dreams story line. Once you give her the ingredients, she can step out of her hut and this allows her to play in the cutscene like normal.

Now that the event has ended, the glitch still continues and it is not allowing me to progress the story without missing out on the cutscene.

@ubi-mushy Hello, thank you for your response and happy New Year! Yes, unfortunately even after downloading 1.4.1.2 the glitch is still happening. However, now the area the camera is stuck is somewhere outside the longhouse.

@noobs2015 I have been having the same exact issue as have others. It began once the Yule festival started.

Could the issue be related to the Yule festival?

I have just attempted to start Kingdom's End. The initial cut scene with Valka is completely bugged, it does not play. Rather the dialogue runs while the map completely glitches out and focus on random parts of the settlement (not on a scene of Eivor and Valka like it is supposed to). Attached is a photo of the bug. Anyone have a fix to this?

Since the Yule festival update, for the last two days at least one of Reda's contracts fails to appear in the quest list once accepted from Reda. Anyone else experience the same bug?

Thank you for the reply. I will try to get a video. The general way to recreate is to do 3 attacks with a heavy finisher and compare between weapons. When I use say a blacksmith hammer and excalibular, the heavy finisher triggers the ability. Within the same battle, if I switch to the scythe it is impossible to trigger the effect.

So I just unlocked Excalibur and could not figure out why the heavy finisher would not activate it's ability. After some testing, it seems the heavy finish ability will not activate if I have Moon's Cut equipped in the offhand. With other weapons Excalibur's ability activates just fine. Is there a fix to this? Thank you!
