@ubimint I did try both verifying the files as well running in compatibility mode. Still no changes, on first launch it opens a popup with vc++ installing (1/7) when it goes to (2/7) the system restarts automatically. This is a huge issue. I'm running win 10 and have had no issues with any other game across platforms. This is a serious bug. Please check it.

I installed TFBW on steam and tried launching it. It got tagged to my account and it opens up the pop-up for syncing the achievements and whatnot but nothing happens post that. What's happening?
I've tried launching as admin, launching it through nVIDIA as GPU. Launching directly through uplay. Nothing works.

I have tried launching all the assassins creed chronicles games. I also installed and tried launching south park TFBW. The launcher closes every time i try to launch one of them. Please help

@wolfang792 mine isn't even launching. it restarts every time i try to launch and it tries to install VC++.

So, Ubisoft gave away Assassin's Creed Chronicles - all 3 games for free. (They're still available if anyone has missed out on the intimation) I installed them all and when i try to launch any one of them, it opens up a pop-up with installation of ancillary software. One of which is VC++ 2012. And while installing that for some reason, my system restarts automatically. Has anyone else faced this kind of issue previously. I really want to try the games but this bug or whatever is just not allowing me to launch any of the 3 games. If anyone has a solution for this, please help!!
