@ihatemilkduds Yeah, it really makes me angry that with an update supposedly slated later on this week, this issue still hasn't made its way to a megathread. It kind of makes me feel like either it is low on the priority list or not there at all. I'm extra salty because I really did not like Valhalla; at first, I had to force myself to play before the game really clicked, and I legitimately enjoyed the experience, and then right as I approached winter break, I can't even play the game anymore because of a game-breaking bug.
@acid_villain Makes a lot of sense considering the number of game-breaking bugs and lack of information on upcoming patches.
The sad part is this issue still isn't listed anywhere. For all the problems with Cyberpunk 2077, at the very least, you could finish the game. I managed to beat it on a base Ps4, and while it wasn't a great experience, it was still one I was allowed to finish from the moment I purchased it. I preordered AC Valhalla paid extra money for the deluxe edition, and even bought some stuff from the Ubisoft store just to get to a point where I can't even play the game anymore. I reported my issue and sent in a save file over a month ago, and as I comb the forums, I find people have been experiencing this bug since October. It's really disheartening that the concept of triple a title really doesn't mean anything anymore.
It's still not even in the mega thread that was updated yesterday. There's another thread for this issue that was linked in an earlier post, and It seems like someone from Ubisoft drops in every once in a blue moon to say we're aware of it without providing any additional info. I saw some earlier posts from an Ubisoft rep asking for people to give save files and descriptions, but they aren't even asking for those anymore. I don't know anything about coding, but is it really that hard to initiate a hotfix where it just marks the region as completed on your map if the quest is marked as completed in your logs? I don't need to see the flavor text where Randvi tells me good job for getting them to pledge their allegiance; I just want to be able to move on with the game.
Looking at all the bugs on the list as of today blood and bonds still isn’t listed. However, looking at all of the quests that are broken I’m starting to wonder how did anyone ever manage to beat this game?
I feel like everyone who has posted in this thread thus far needs to make an individual topic about this issue since there still doesn’t appear to be eyes on it.
The sad thing is that the megathread seems to grow rather than shrink. I wonder if the issue will even make it on the list, let alone get resolved.
It's sad that I had time to submit a request and receive a refund on Cyberpunk before Ubisoft acknowledged this game-breaking bug that's been around since launch
@ubikoality Report and save file submitted case number 13595047. This is from another thread that is located here. Alliance map issue, game-breaking bug | Ubisoft Forums I submitted that save the file back in November. I don't have any video, but the bug is pretty simple I filled Faravid, and the quest was marked as complete, but it never told me to report back to Randvi. I can talk to her, and the game doesn't register that she should be acknowledging that I've completed the region.
@ryandus Working on it so much it still hasn't made the mega thread.

Unfortunately its a bug that a lot of people have encountered. It’s been reported since October and still hasn’t made it to a mega thread yet.

I completed the quest of blood and bonds, and after killing Farravid and forging a bond, I was never given the prompt to report back to Randvi. I can't progress the story in any capacity because this region is not marked as having pledged loyalty. Additionally, I can't upgrade my settlement any further. I have submitted a save file and opened a report, which was marked as resolved even though the problem has not been fixed. I have been locked out of the game for almost two months now. Is there any word on when we can expect a patch addressing this or acknowledgment of the issue on a mega thread?
I feel like at this point; there are two simple solutions to all these game-breaking bugs. There should be an option to mark a quest as complete and mark a region as successfully pledged. The quest completion allows people to move past instances of a single quest being bugged and marking region complete fixes situations where an entire region can't be completed for one reason or another. At this point, I'm ready to just head to youtube to watch scenarios where I couldn't actually play through a mission, but I'd like to be able to play the game again

It makes me really sad because I don't want to restart the game. Additionally, not knowing what causes the bug, I'm not confident that I wouldn't run into the same issue again. There's also the issue of possibly encountering one of the other game-breaking bugs that exist.
