I'm sorry to be that frank but what is this nonsense? I payed 59 bucks for a product that crashes at launch, does not leave any logs to debug the problem on my own and support is completely MIA for days.
It's also interesting that you mention Covid as the cause that you are cutting back on support while email support is really not a problem to operate via WFH.
You also state that you are moving most from mail to online chat just to state that support chat is not available.
Are you folks still around?
Either give me my money back or fix my problem. I'm happy to start asking around on Twitter if others have had the same experience with your company and this game.
