I'm a bit confused by this bonus... as it says for the 5pc, "Additional increase to Speed"... does that mean weapon speed, movement speed, or ?? Because when I add the full 5pc set, I noticed that my weapon speed stats do not increase at all, hence the confusion. Hopefully someone can answer this question. I guess my concern is that with them changing to 'targeted rune' stats for weapons, that armor bonuses now won't apply to weapon speed- if they previously did.
