@ubi-nacho I created a new account one so I can post on the forums. Did you even read my post? I said I cannot remember my password from my old account and when I enter my email address to get a new password I do not receive any emails at all. Does this mean my old account doesn't exist any more and I have to buy Anno 1800 again?

in 2019, I bought Anno 1800. Now I wanted to play again, but do not remember my password. When I enter "Forgot password", I do not receive any Emails. I searched through my email archive, and I found that I had an account on anno-online.com in 2015.
