Dear Ubisoft,

I just wanted to play ranked with some friends and before the first round even started the game of the majority of the players crashed. There was only one from our team who remained and 3 from the opponent team...
After we reconnected we already lost the first 2 rounds. Then the third round started. We wanted to continue the match, but the game crashed instantly again and we were left frustrated. After we reconnected for the second time, we were already banned and lost like 82 SSB.
Worst of all is that I can't even play my favorite game right now, because I have to sit out for the duration of the ban. Please fix the servers or something.
