I raised a support case over a week ago and provided everything they asked for. I have had absolutely nothing back from anyone about when this will be fixed and absolutely no form of compensation from Ubisoft.
I've asked their Twitter and Facebook support who've literally not acknowledged it's an issue and linked me to Sony's upgrade instructions which would work fine if the actual issue didn't exist!
@Ubi-Swaggins how can we go about us all getting refunds for our falsely advertised games?
