I have caught every fish in the game except for this one. Every other fish was easy to the extent that I have never had a line break. I can not hold on to these for more than a few seconds. I know the strategy of fishing, it just doesn't seem to work on these fish with all the best gear. Is there a way to nerf my way through this step so I can move on? Fishing is hardly fun or interesting enough in this game for me to spend hours perfecting a skill for a single fish that has no real value.

I'm stuck on this mission as well. I destroy the convoy and just sit there waiting for the opportunity to defend it. Have had the same issue three times on different days and after restarts on XBox 1. I think it is just a lottery and you have to keep playing the mission until it works. It is a real bummer to have an unbeatable mission glitch in a modern game. I guess I'll try a few more times and then stop playing this game.
