So, with Quick Resume - any time I see that banner come up when I'm starting Valhalla, I know I'll have the same experience: Server is unavailable, whenever I try to speak to Reda for the daily quests and sometimes when I'm manually-saving the game too.
Force-quit the game, restart and it works fine. The XBsX passes all connectivity tests at all times, and in fact I can switch out of Valhalla to Netflix, and stream a video fine, but when I return to Valhalla... server unavailable.
I've got into the habit of force-quitting as a result. It's on a wired connection to a BT Whole Home disc, the TV on the same disc has no issues, and again, all other games and apps have full connectivity.
The only thing unusual about this disc is it's IPv4 only, but even when connected over wifi to the router which does support IPv6, same thing. Also and again, it always passes all xbox connectivity tests.

@la_frankie Most days, I get a server error even trying to find out if there's a contract. Force-quitting the game seems to have helped. Fast Resume possibly the culprit..
Never played a game with so many bugs. A real shame.
