

In previous posts that can be found on my page, I brought up the idea of having a free update in which Eivor and Hytham restore the Assassin bureaus, as Hytham wants to rebuild the Hidden Ones of England. In these posts, I stated that I wanted Eivor to be able to restore bureaus in all the other Atlas locations such as Francia, Ireland, Norway, Isle of Skye (Scotland) and Vinland. After considering the historical circumstances of these time periods, I find that Vinland (AKA North America) wouldn't make sense for the Hidden Ones because the lore of Assassin's Creed 3 states that John De La Tour was the first Assassin to ever visit The Americas.
Aside from Vinland, the other locations work fine. Francia already has an abandoned Bureau and a Hidden One in hiding. Other locations like Ireland, Norway, and Isle of Skye could easily have new bureaus and Hidden Ones added to their locations, as Ubisoft has done with other updates in the past.
In the previous posts I made (which can be found on my page), I brought up the idea of Eivor assisting Hytham in restoring the Hidden Ones and their abandoned bureaus in England, as shown here: Hidden Ones Free Update Concept (Part 1). To build on top of that idea, Eivor should be able to assist Hidden Ones in the other locations found on the Atlas Menu, including DLC areas (excluding mythical areas like Asgard for obvious reasons). In each location, Eivor could meet a Hidden One NPC through Hytham, and help them build a bureau in their area. This would be done in the same way I stated in the previous post, that being RIver Raid foreign materials. The bureaus would operate just like the ones in England, however they would also be able to assign Blackbox Assassinations similar to how Hytham would, as explained in my previous post : The Hidden Ones side activities - Assassination Contracts.
After Eivor hunts down the Order of Ancients in England, Hytham visits his old Mentor in order to be promoted to Mentor of the British Hidden Ones. He returns to Ravensthorpe with a group of Hidden Ones to rebuild the Brotherhood in England, as they evacuated Britain during the fall of Rome.
Eivor must gather foreign materials from River Raids to rebuild the underground bureaus across England. Certain River Raid locations are led by a member of the Order of Ancients. Killing all these members will grant the player the Zealot Armor Set. Once enough foreign materials have been gathered, Eivor can use them to restore each bureau in England by visiting them. Once a bureau has been restored, Hidden Ones from Hytham’s Brotherhood will use them as a base of operations. Eivor can receive repeatable Assassination contracts from these bureaus, and will be rewarded with generic rewards like coin, opal, materials, and skill points. However, completing enough of these contracts will reward Eivor with Zealot weapons and new abilities. Some (but not all) of these abilities will include being able to call upon Hidden Ones to aid Eivor in a variety of methods - such as performing assassinations, fighting in battle, and even raining down arrow storms ( a callback to the Brotherhood system).
Hytham is an NPC that serves no purpose once the Order of Ancients have all been killed. In order to make him (and the Hidden Ones) more relevant to the overall game, he should offer repeatable side activities in the form of "Blackbox Assassination Contracts". These contracts should be to hunt down the remnants of the Order of Ancients Hytham mentions after you kill them all. They could function similarity to the Blackbox Assassinations seen in the Siege of Paris DLC, giving the player multiple methods of killing a target.
Since these missions are repeatable, naturally they would become repetitive as there are only so many locations for Blackbox Assassinations. However, I believe having the option to repeat Blackbox missions using a variety of tactics would make them more enjoyable, along with having rewards in the form of skill points, materials, and gear/weapons with Hidden Ones aesthetic to them.
Furthermore, every map in the game - including DLC areas - should have a Hidden One NPC to give you similar contracts. (Excluding mythical areas for obvious reasons). The rewards would be the same in every map, however each area should have certain gear/weapons unique to their location. This would give other maps in the game more replay value, and add to the overall lore of Assassin's Creed. (*Spoiler: Such as the Hidden One in Siege of Paris)
Personally, I found that the Blackbox Assassinations were the highlight of the Siege of Paris DLC. They reminded me of old school Assassin's Creed, and I feel many fans would agree. However, I was disappointed I couldn't repeat them once completed. These contracts would allow players to enjoy them endlessly and give them the Assassin related content so many have been asking for.

- Increased Movement Speed and Reduced Detection. Standing still turns operative invisible

Smoke Grenade - Creates a cloud of smoke to block sight and disorient enemies
