Hello,

I have never been this frustrated in The Division 2 game. Season 10 launch really made me feel uncomfortable. Not only because of the issues, but I'm scared for the future when it come's to this game. Worst Division experience I have ever encountered, and me as a big fan of the franchise, I just can't let this go, I gotta share with people because I like this game too much. I don't understand why push something if many things aren't fixed from previous seasons. People are still crashing a lot in Countdown including me when we are heading towards the extraction, and players who didn't get crash end up getting killed on heroic because we lack players to finish the last part of the Countdown. There are many many similar things which made me think deeply when it come's to future for this game and will everything get patched. Kingbreaker still have clipping issues, so as Heartbreaker gear set doesn't have gear dye and other issue's. Those are small fashion issues, but for me they impact the game and overall vibe.



Now, considering this patch... If someone can tell me what this update really do because I'm still noticing similar things from season 10 launch.

1. I still can't purchase certain items with textile's even though on Trello it's under fixed category.
2. Umbra gear set is still not present in appereance slot, and gear dye doesn't work on it, so as mod slots even though patch notes says different.

3.The thumbnail image of the Price of Power Season Pass is still blurry even though patch note's said it's fixed, and people from discord server
confirmed this for me as well.
4. I lost my godly rolled Closer chest attribute...

List can go on. Sorry, but I can't really notice these 5 gigs of update.

Sorry, but am I missing something, I'm really confused?

Now after TU 16.2 dropped Umbra Mask doesn't appear under vanity masks, because devs considered that as the clipping or issue.
Like I cannot believe they did this. It was the only way for us to look similar like we looked in The Division 1. Having umbra mask under hunter masks, enforcer masks made you look 10000 times better. The devs don't fix Kingbreaker clipping issue , but they fixed umbra mask showing under vanity masks and we didn't wanted that!!! Like why for the love of God. It needs time. What I also saw is this. Every time I quit UbiSoft Connect app and enter it again stats are more updated. Now my playtime is 480 hours, and I didn't even played the game today. Also NPC kills is larger number now, 30505. So yeah, stats are still updating slowly.

The devs are doing something right now since I got my playtime back in The Division 2 as you can see on the picture. I had 380 when it stopped tracking for me.


Now, the other stats are the same like it was before when UbiSoft Connect stopped with tracking. For example NPC kills I remember I had 30222, now I have 30235 , which is not correct since I killed many NPCs so far. Also my conflict rank is 12, and I'm above that rank so yeah. It still needs updating, but it's good to see that they are working on it and playtime is changed for me which is the most important thing for me. I think these days they gonna fix everything.

The dev team is aware of it, and it's under the investigation, they've said it. Also when this is resolved support told me that they will update latest news about it in the forums.
I just hope when this is solved that I will have my playtime back. I'm still on 380 hours of playtime, and I'm sure that I'm above 450 hours right now. Let's hope we all get our stats back, even though they stopped from tracking 2 weeks ago. Best of luck!

This is already known issue. I reported this already in one thread, and the dev team is aware of it. I think you can still apply mod to that mask. I did.
Anyways, I really hope they fix everything in the TU16.1.
There's been many unsolved issues from the season 9 as well. I really want fixes more then new content at this point. I like this game too much.

Off topic, but I also found some issues with the store and (!) mark in apparel. It's like I have something new when it come's to apparel, and I don't have. Also there's been some desync with the apparel cache keys. You get them when you lvl up, but they don't appear in the store. After some time they all appear, like in a bundle, it's weird really. Example is this. You leveled up couple of times and you got 2-4 apparel cache keys. You don't see those keys in the store when you get them, but you know you have 4 of them. After some time they do appear. After they appear, you can open the caches of course, but if you got one key in the meantime after your level up, and that key didn't make an appeareance in the store, and the previous keys appeared like in a ''bundle'', you can't use the textile to buy something because you will get the error like it's showed on the picture bellow. You can open those 4 caches of course, but you can't use the textile. Probably because the latest key didn't make an appereance in the store, my guess. I hope I explained it good. Also it seems that everything from the store is available only for premium credits. So there are so many little issues with this new update that I never saw before. I really really hope that devs will resolve all of this in the TU 16.1.

Unfortunately crashes and random freeze's are still present after this update. I think devs didn't meant to fix them entirely with this update anyways, I think. We have to wait more. As you can see on the video I've posted this random freeze happened in the Countdown. Today I crashed at the beginning in first 30 mins of game time, but after that I didn't crashed, and I'm 5 hours in the game. Sometimes I do crash 3 times in a row, if I can say like that, then I don't crash for 5-6 hours. But often I get these freeze's then crashes to desktop, although I was getting ctd as well, and I was getting them more in this new update. I don't have any other solution but to end task from task manager. Also when that freeze happens in the game, I get this screen which is on the video. It's like the loading screen of the game. I also asked people in the game chat, they were also getting lot's of these freeze's.

As I came across this thread, I will post here so I don't open the new one.
I would like to add that there is a problem, unfortunately with a new gear set, Umbra Initiative. I really like the mask that come's from that set, but It doesn't show up in appereance collection from the other gear sets masks, neither I can change the color of it. Also slot for mods doesn't show up (you can still put the mod though) which make's me feel sad considering that this is the ''balaclava'' mask that I was looking for really long time since this mask can be combined with glasses, change color since it's coming from a gear set, and make your agent really look comfy, and to have almost full face coverage for your agent is amazing. I will provide YouTube video which will explain better. I think Umbra have the similar issue as the Heartbreaker, just for the Heartbreaker knee pads have same issue, and I forgot what else. Sorry, if I posted in wrong thread since I'm on PC and person above me is on PS5, just I wanted to use this thread so I don't create new one. Feel free to move my thread if needed.
