

I'm not personally facing any issues with the game right now, but this video indicates that this person is suffering several serious issues. However, I'm more personally concerned about how so many people in the comment section looking negatively at you and your entire team, Ubisoft overall. I'm getting tired of seeing negative comments towards you because of your constant lack of action and support. People started to think you don't take us players seriously anymore and deliberately trying to harm us. If you don't believe me, just take a loot at the comment section. I'm personally fine with the game for now, but so many other people are facing different glitches and some are still not fixed since the game's release. For now, help the person in this video and solve all the issues he's having. Do it for yourselves and for me so I can see less negative comments towards Ubisoft in the future. I'm tired of their negativity... I consider myself somewhat a faithful customer since 2011. Please take your customers seriously.
