Hi on [REDACTED] I bought the collector's edition of Mirage for PC (order number [REDACTED]).
After the purchase I noticed that the pre-order is not yet present in the Ubisoft Connect library.
When I pre-ordered other collector's editions for PC the game was present in the library immediately after the purchase.
I opened a ticket but haven't received any response yet.
Is it normal that the game is not present in the library or, as I think, are there some problems?
Please help me. Thank you.
