Help starting Chaos Theory missing DLL files pc ubisoft connect technical issue

VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing, I downloaded it and put it in the sys32 folder but didnt work tried putting it in the game folder and didn't work, downlaoded VCredistributables latest from the table website, didn't work. idk....I really wanted to play this.
