@ubistorm sorry for the late response. Here are two screenshots showing the infamy level and the resources I have. Also I made a video showing that I don't have the bracers in my inventory. It's updated to the latest version and it's backed up to the cloud.

I'm infamy level 4 and just got the last reaper gear. I noticed I didn't have the reaper bracers and I was supposed to get them after reaching level 3 infamy
