Ubisoft Connect won't start accessibility pc technical issue ubisoft connect

Hello, I bought Assassin's Creed Valhalla for PC. when starting the UBISOFT CONNECT the ubisoft connect's window continues to load with the wheel at the bottom right and the game does not start. I have also already checked the installation files but the problem persists.
