

Same here. this is really a serious a problem since a lot of similar threads are getting locked.
I do believe there should be a warning on the sale page, not only that product will not be available, also that support channels don't work and are convoluted.
Any customer should be able to see that if they buy a digital product or service on the official game store they won't be able to access such a service instantly and there will be a delay.
Unfortunately having this as a bigger thread or would affect game sales and probably some jobs.
Having a "grab your money and please wait policy" is not exactly expected for digital delivery content.
Especially when same team leave the "default option" to buy the game being the expensive versions.
But i guess game companies can do what they want on such unregulated market.
I have same issue, as i posted on several other threads, that are constantly being locked as to undermine how this issue is big right now.

Same issue has happened to me, credit card aprroved on ubi store, debited, and still didnt show on orders in over 8h, after sending ubi the email , opening a support ticket, it appeared on orders but not on library. Very disappointing level of service, especially on this day and age of digital purchase.
