I was trying to buy far cry 6 and i tried to redeem the 20% using 100 upoints, but i cant seem to checkout using my cc, (thats a problem on my end), tried to checkout again but the discount wont apply and i haven't received any code on my email. i tried to redeem 3 times and upon restarting my uplay i seem to have lost 300 pts. can i ask for a refund?
