

So I got the game.. persisted through 70 hrs with daily crashes, bugs and one of the shittiest gaming experiences ever... and 70 hrs later.. ALLLLL my cloud save files are marked corrupt... now obviously ubisoft being the ppl that persuade you to opt into cloud-save.. should take responsibility and help fix the porblem or at least refund coz the game is bugged, [censored] and they're servers are broken right??? NOOOO;.. They will [censored] you... They will steal your money.. and send templated responses in a [censored] email thread nobody can access in a website so broken customer support wont pop open.. and to top it off.. they will explicitly tell you that it was your fault for buying the game... Now... I've reported a complaint on INGRAM, India and I urge all of you who feel like you've been cheated to file a report and complaint at the grievances and redressal departments of your respective countries... You could also share your experience to gaming unions within your respective countries and of course.. share your experience on twitter as much as your want.
Apart from this... I made a statement of the incident with pdfs of the conversation history I had with these bozos ..... sending me staple responses and absolute nonsense via email pretending to care or solve the problem.. but instead repeating the same thing again in different timestamps because they just wana deflect and deny.. ..
From the bottom of my heart I hope you ALL BURN IN HELL. Karma is real and YOU will pay for all the ppl you screwed over. Or... worse.. have a heart attack and die from a fat you stuff yourselves everyday with.
