@crimsonover2021 Did you try the above suggestion? If you are missing the clue that sounds like a different issue...

@captainwackman I had the same issue, and then when I went to record a video of it I noticed the "Mark Target" button at the bottom left of the detailed screen for each Order member. I clicked it, and found The Rake standing alone a ways up the hill for no apparent reason.
