I'm trying to get Steam to link to Ubisoft Connect andwhen I do so it says something went wrong and its unable to authenticate owenership. [censored]? This problem started a few months ago when I bought a new PC. I decided to create an entire new account as my old email got hacked and Dad had to get me a new one so I started over thinking that would solve the ownership problem. When I first started it said it detected my game + DLC's but when actually connecting it doesn't.
Is Ubisoft trying to make it so you are forced to go thru Ubisoft + to do anything this is VERY shady and a piece of $$$$
