I have done all other Alliances.

Blue dots appear above the heads of the NPCs (archery area, etc) I need to talk to but I am unable to talk to them

Blue dots appear above the heads of the NPCs (archery area, etc) I need to talk to but I am unable to talk to them

Progression NPCs have a blue dot over them but I'm unavailable to start conversations/festivities.

I was able to talk to everybody else except the NPCs I need to progress.

I have a similar issue. NPCs after the wedding are not responsive. I can't even get to the Rued fight.

I have plenty of other regions to form alliances with this but this will become a game breaking bug eventually. I had to move my allegiance to other region.
