Have the same problem and have no saves :c The story line can't be proceeded. I don't know why this bug still exists since it was discovered at very initial release.

I am from Ukraine but the only available language for all my games purchased through Ubisoft Connect is russian. For some reason, I cannot change it by any means. My Ubisoft Connect is in English. I can change the language for the games purchased through Steam but not everything is available there and I don't want to re-buy anything anyway.
Since russia is totally different country and russian is not my language and Ukrainian is not available (yet) - I would want to play games in English. The situation when you can't play games in your native language and even in English, which is the international one, cannot be acceptable - especially nowadays, when russian language (which is the only available in Ukraine for some reason) can only be associated with with war, genocide and terrorism. I hope and believe these things are not the values for Ubisoft.
I'm asking Ubisoft to provide a possibility to change the game language for all Ukrainian customers.

@ubi-keo thank you for the reply. So since in Twitter I gave the evidence that something doesn't work as expected (at least, not as support guy told me it should work) - was it escalated to the responsible team?

So I've reached out to Ubisoft support in Twitter and we had some decent chat. The proposed solution was to uninstall the game and install it again with the language I want. I did that but 1) the only place where the language was asked to be selected is the License Agreement, 2) it didn't help. The only available language is still russian. I sent a few screenshots and afterwards I was asked to record the video that confirms my words to escalate the case. I made the screen capture and sent it to the support guy (Ubi-Magnesium). Aaaand... I have no updates, unfortunately. The video was sent at May/11 and I'm being ignored since than.
Can someone please help here a bit?
