I have found a glitch at the map location pictured on PC, it might be the same for all versions. The character falls into a hole and is stuck sliding, unable to get out. The only way I was able to fix it was to reload and avoid the area. I went Southeast from Edmund's Hope down the slope. I have included extra screenshots that show the exact location.
