So I just purchased Assassins Creed Valhalla and it's not showing up anywhere on my account. I've had this problem before and it was never fixed. There are literally hundreds of people on the forums and on reddit having the same problem (some from over a year ago) and this is quite frankly unacceptable on Ubisoft's behalf to not have fixed such a prevalent problem in such a long time.

In fact I had the exact same problem over a year ago and support didn't do jack s***. Baffling that a multibillion dollar company can't fix an extremely prevalent problem in over a year and a half.
