Game individualisation as described by op is urgently needed imo.
The game is loosing players every week (we can see this at the summit player numbers).
Dropping new vehicles from time to time is nice - I don't want to be ungreatful - but we need new tracks to use them!
Having nearly 500 vehicles - really fantastic - but we should have 10x more tracks to use them!
I'm not asking you IVT to make 5400 new tracks - just igve us the option to individualise / maximize the experience of the existing tracks, and give us the freedom to create our own tracks!

Please be informed, that players who already own a car, that is loaned for a summit event and is given as a reward to platin ranks at the end of the summit, will get their cars tuned down to stock + all pro-settings are removed for the summit specific event. So everbody starts with the same preconditions - the challenge is potentially fair.

But I agree with you, the summit reward cars should be given to the top 4000 players, that don't have the car. Not the top 4000 players, where probably 2000 of them will be just given some Bucks, because we already own the car.
(Top 4000 players as reference to PC aka superior platform - idk the numbers of consoles or cloud-failing )
