@captain_kebabsy My case has been "IN PROGRESS" for 2 weeks now. Nothing changed.
@mr_meeeeseeks I think you are right. Last time I managed to speak to support (that was couple of days ago), they said they didn't see the game bought on my account, which was total [censored], since even I can see it in my orders history. Not to mention I got confirmation e-mail from Paypal.

Just checked my Paypal account, also got the refund today, some e-mail from Ubi about that would be nice though...
