Settlement building bug
Hi ! So I'm currently at level 4 of the settlement and after raiding in cent at the church on the east coast, I've decided to go back to my settlement and built a few buildings. But after building something and seeing the whole 'building constructed' animation and reaching level 5 I didnt see the small animation for reaching a new level and the buildings I've created, while here, are still counted as not 'existing' (with the raven view I see them as buildable). And my ressources have clearly been spended.
