@mr_masa is it my understanding you are having issues with the game?

man, i didnt get around to it the first time as i was on a break, saw Faye was the target again and got to work. WHAT.....A.......DISAPPOINTMENT!! Ive felt more accomplished completing a bounty the snitch gave me. So underwhelming of an ending for all we have had to deal with her over the years.

@sircowdog1 yeah, this forum makes little sense as far as upgrades go. I dont think i like a single thing about it better. Def get tired of logging in.

They can change up anything they wont but changing this type of stuff is kinda lame without actual new content. Its just like them saying, i know you guys are grinded the F out since we havnt released anything in over a year but dont worry, we are working on giving you an option to get even more powerful even though you are breezing through the available content with your current sets. Without new missions or game modes, other than Heartland which is standalone, the changes will mean nothing except further grinding the same crap youve been tired of for a year already. If i never see another CP after the manhunts that would be just fine with me.

@cassiouscloud nice, thanks!! I thought about a sniper build but didnt think it was gonna do enough damage unless i had a bunch of stuff proc'd which would just make it harder but if i fail too many times with the launcher ill give it a go for sure. .

@n3mb0t you would think but his statement on that is, "the one youtube video of one being killed is a proven fake". Now, i have no clue about that, i havnt checked youtube and probably wont as this gives me something to do in the game! So my TD2 missions currently stand at getting a video of me killing one of those hunters and getting a video of a band i saw on stage at The Campus years ago that i was never able to figure out what the song was and could never find it online in any of the soundtracks. Do you know if they have ever changed the bands from the originals by chance, was there last night and couldnt remember ever seeing the band that was playing so it made me think maybe they have changed them up at some point but i could totally be wrong there.

@n3mb0t They are usually on the same rooftops in my past experience, they just dont always spawn. Have never found a trigger for sure. Ive had them drop HE in the past but you gotta hit them with massive damage before they 'poof' which is a chore in itself. Only way ive ever killed them is with multiple grenade launcher rounds but its been forever since ive hunted for them and the one location i can remember isnt really practical for the launcher as its a good distance away.

The interest lies in proving some dude wrong who says 1000% they cant be killed.

Was wondering if anyone has a map with the locations of the random hunters that appear on rooftops. Not the usual hunters that we did for the masks, the ones that out in the open world that disappear once you get too close or make eye contact with them. I know the location of the one that is in the Northwest corner but cant remember even vaguely some of the other locations.

Content- Why ubi-viral said they would pass it on is beyond me as this game will never receive any more new content. They are struggling to release anything new on the second game much less this one.
Balance - Again, Viral should just state they are sorry you are having issues but there will never be another balancing patch for this game.
Broken skills- Again, the same thing, nothing is going to get fixed in this game that the maintenance doesnt fix, so if something is broken and has been broken it will remain broken.
Lag Switch - Dont waste your time trying to record them as stated, they are not going to do anything about it, its been like this for years now.
Frame Dropping - Now this one i can point you in the right direction, its that the game just isnt great on ps4's internal HDD, it will run smooth if you ever install a SSD, internal or external. The HDD just cant handle what they are throwing at it sometimes, especially if your drive is almost full as that slows performance as well. The second i switched to an SSD, the game ran great, never fell down the stairs again, never had the frame drops like we all had at one time or another.

In the end though its all the same, the game will never be updated and no fixes will ever be applied to this game again. They do a weekly maintenance and that is it. Cheaters rarely get banned and im betting probably never for this title as its rare in the second. Ive sent them videos with a cheater explaining how he was cheating and giving me a demostration doing multiple different cheats and i saw that dude everyday for months afterwards, they just dont care on that front and especially now with the game being pretty old. Good luck agent, its a great game, played it more than any other but it has its flaws.

Those upload speeds are more than enough to handle anything this game is giving it. You would need to be in the under 2mb range upload for it to maybe make a difference and even then probably not. I would check to see what your latency(ping) is and see if that is what is screwing you. Go to your browser whether on PC or console and do a speed test from one of the free sites. If your ping is around 150 or more, thats most likely your issue.

@noxious81 Thanks for clearing that up, been awhile since i did it so the process eluded me. Regardless, i know full well i maxed it out and was done with that tree and am still missing the points. Doesnt really matter tbh, after going hard for a few days im already burnt out again but still pretty crappy as i used gunner on multiple loadouts for the armor regeneration but now, thats the only thing with points attached to it in that tree and im just giving up too many other bonuses to use it and have zero desire to grind anything in this game as its been the same crap for 2 years now.

@desrocchi thanks, ill tinker with it a bit more tonight and get it figured out hopefully. I tried just resetting the tree but that just gave me the 9 points back.

So i log in and play for a bit and decide to make a new build using the Gunner specialization, only to find out that mostly all my specialization points are gone, it says 9/165. I finished this thing when it first came out, everything is checked for all the stuff you had to do, i can see all 5 levels and all are checked off. Where the heck did the points go?? I googled a little last night and saw other people with the same issue awhile back but never saw a solution to getting screwed.

im thinking a PM/house combo would of bled that dude out in the safehouse.
