

@ubi-spacecats Alright, how much longer do you recommend I wait before sending in a new ticket or will they eventually respond.
Title says it all. I made a ticket on Friday and its Monday with no response. Is it be cause they don't have work on weekends or should I remake my ticket because it got lost? Thanks.

@ubi_plush Yes I followed all of these steps to no success. I have messaged ubisoft support and they have not responded. I have rulled out PC specs and other background applications suspending the game from being played. Hopefully you can help me here or get me in contact with someone higher up to help me resolve this issue. Thanks.
I recently bought the game today and I attempt to play the game. Get greeted with a warning sign then it crashes. I uninstalled and it still doesn't work. I doubt it's my computer specs as I have a very good PC and it can run the most computer intense games. Maybe I did something wrong while downloading? Thanks.
