As the title says my new Niflheim gear is stuck at Superior and I cannot upgrade it. it says it's fully upgraded, but it is very much not. Also for Icewall shield and Frostruin weapon. Is this a bug or intentional? If it is a bug is anyone else getting it, and can it be fixed?

I have a problem with picking up Opal pieces. Reloading the game several times don't work.
