Anno 1800 - todays "downgrade" and more
I have the same Issue.
1. Starting PC
2. Ubisoft Connect starts 400 MB Downgrade
3. Game with old version and without text
4. Restarting PC
5. Ubisoft Connect starts 2 GB Upgrade
6. Game starts correctly
But after I finished my Anno Session and shutting down my pc after step. 6, I had to repeat step 1. - 6. at the next session.
