@iamkingxiv Hey, I was wondering the same thing. I know I'm a month late, but in case you have not yet found out, I took it upon myself to decipher it. Here's what I found:
If you're not familiar with it, the Sigrdrifumal is the title of a section in the Poetic Edda.
The main tattoos that are important are the chest and back ones. The chest tattoo comes first, then the back tattoo, and they form a pair. They're written in the younger futhark alphabet, but the text is actually in English. The tattoos say:
Chest
Vicotry [sic] runes
you must know
if you will have
victory
Back
Some on the grasp
and some on the
inlay,
and name Tyr
twice
This is actually the sixth stanza in the saga, and it originally reads:
Sigrúnar þú skalt kunna,
ef þú vilt sigr hafa,
ok rísta á hialti hiǫrs,
sumar á véttrimum,
sumar á valbǫstum,
ok nefna tysvar Tý
Victory-runes thou shalt know,
if thou wilt have victory,
and carve on thine sword-hilt,
some on the furrow,
some on the flat,
and beseech/name Tyr twice.
There are also arm tattoos. The right arm has a loop of text going around the top near the shoulder. This text simply reads "Valhalla". Both the left and right arm have text looping around the forearm. This text is inverted for some reason, as if reflected in a mirror. Both arms say "Sigrdrifumal".
And that's all. Hopefully this puts your mind at ease.
