Assassins creed valhalla doesn't load
When loading valhalla it wont load past the 640px by 480px loading screen.I can't close it or move it, and this is not the only game it also happens with assassin's creed origins(exactly the same).

I already tried:
to run it as an administrator
changed to windows 10
installed drivers
verified files through uplay
What do I do???
