I’m playing on an Xbox one and am unable to find Heika of Friesland in the Colcestre Market. I have checked several YouTube videos that reveal her location, and after going to the location several times, after fast traveling, restarting the game, etc, she is nowhere to be found every time. Please let me know how I can fix this bug! Thank you.
