found out from my bank the money has not been claimed by the merchant, can you sort it out please as the game is on sale and don't want to miss the chance
Dear Ubisoft Sir or Madam,
I recently purchased a game from the Ubisoft store (Anno 1800 Complete 3 year edition). I was charged on my credit card but have not recieved the game and have not recieved any confirmation of my purchase. Evidence of my card being charged is shown on my open support ticket [redacted]. Please help with my purchase, I would like to recieve the game that I paid for.
