Honestly what the hell is with this company? The game has been crashing for over a year, multiple complaints to support and its still a problem! They didn't do squat as per standard by this crap company, Its incredibly frustrating that we pay a lot of money for a product we can't use, Is there any updates on when this crap will finally end? Their usual response is basic troubleshooting that's literally insulting to the player who tried those methods before contacting their lazy [censored] and then they copy and paste trash responses, Yesterday they copy and pasted the exact same message twice and both was basic "fixes" that fixes nothing, we have been complaining about this for a year now and still the game crashes anywhere from 5mins to 30mins in, its either a CTD with no error or it close to border and becomes unresponsive with again no error, DX11 does the same thing with the added benefit of having graphical errors, DX12 just crashes, so either way we get screwed over and can't play a game, don't get me wrong, as much as i hate this company, i love this game but man i wish ubisoft can wake up and fix this crap, this is not on, I'm not rich nor well off so naturally owning the ultimate edition is not small change either so further more pisses me off that i can't play the game due to their inept ability to fix what they broke, the game ran perfectly fine before the one update last year, it caused the crashing and doesn't bother to fix it

@saqiw Yeah at this point, it should be bought by microsoft really and be forced to put in the effort and not half [censored] everything, frankly they deserve their games to be pirated really, overcharge and not fix what they broke

@tony_the_shark7 Yeah their "fixes" does nothing, they refuse to admit their update last year broke it and keep giving you the same copy and paste responses, i don't know how this has been allowed to continue for a year now, at this point, microsoft should buy ubisoft just so we can get this fixed

@sock_monkey same here to the point i just started playing the first instead that is vastly more stable and enjoyable to play with none of these crashes, the run game as exe from folder doesn't work, my game was being run exactly that way and it still crashed often

@z4mb3r11 frankly i don't know why they haven't fixed it yet, i mean its a year later for me and we are still dealing with it, any other company would have focused on fixing it, but ubi seems to just not give a damn

@tekno909 It started with last year's update, before that, the game ran with no problems. The first game is a lot more stable, the fact that ubitrash have allowed this crashing to remain for over a year is just astonishing

So it seems ubisoft really isn't going to do anything about this issue and this crashing will remain ingame, But i guess you can expect it, Honestly ubi should just sell the rights to the series to microsoft, cd projekt or some other company, maybe they realize that this crashing shouldn't exist and would also be shocked that ubisoft have allowed it to remain in the game for this long, a week i can understand but a year? Seriously? especially for a $65 game

@navigator_ita80 I'm going to return to 1 & possibly stream 1 instead, While 2 is amazing, ubisoft simply do not care, they have our money and that's why a year later the crashing is still in the game, any other company would have gotten rid of it in mere hours, They always just give us copy and paste responses, always the same basic trouble shooting that's more insulting as its basic stuff we try before contacting them or they blame our systems instead of accepting their TU14 update was the cause
