This is an absolute joke. Glad I preordered a game that I can't even play by release day and can't even refund due to the support system being offline. COVID-19 my [censored]. Its digital [censored] delivery.

I have a confirmation email and they took my money. No record on my account and nothing in my library. Worst part of it all? The game is OUT where I live. Its not even a preload for me, I should be playing right now!

@antonyburton97 Literally everyone besides like..4 people. The issue is not fixed. Past release for me and I can't even download.

My order history literally says "You have never ordered." But I have 12 games on my account. Jesus Christ..

@jayshua_lyn Add Wilf's Parcel to that list too. The other 3 reported here are bugged for me as well.

How is this still not fixed? The bug has been known since launch. I can no longer progress the quest on my 90 hour save. This is ridiculous.
