I feel you problem. I'm stuck as well at the builder. I have my settings on hard and that makes it... Well, hard. But I've come to a point that I only have saves from the beginning of the boss fight. You can't change the difficulty during a boss fight. So there for I'm stuck. No way out of the fight en no way back to the game.
