So it resolved itself. I finished the main quest I was on and went back the camp, did what I needed to do there, including picking up the new quest. Manual saved and quit (had to eat dinner anyway). Went to try the mystery again and it had reset. This time it worked fine. Still a big for sure though.

PS4 - Oxenfordschire map is still in my inventory but I got the treasure. If I go back to the well the glow is there and I can interact but I don't get anything.

Eurvicscire treasure is definitely missing. Have the map in my inventory but the spot it's supposed to be at, there's no glowing spot.

I was able to finish this quest. I also noticed after the fact that this was for XBox; I'm on a PS4.

I found the original guy and the hog. I then ran around the forest and I came upon a sparkly spot near a tree on a knoll (I'm sorry that I didn't really pay attention to where it was from the spot, but I didn't really expect it would work) that was realativily close to the tent. When I dug the at the spot, I found some treasure and again nothing happened. I went back to tent spot and the quest continued and I was able to finish it.
